The Dehcho Interim Measures Agreement established the Land Use Planning Committee and guidelines to develop a land use plan for the Dehcho Territory. The planning process will consider the traditional use and occupancy information that has been gathered to determine the Interim Land
Withdrawals along with other information on the natural resources and the economic and social needs of the communities. In return, the plan will revise the Interim Land Withdrawals based on the new information that has been gathered.
